Kingfisher Park

Kingfisher Park is located in Julatten a small rural community between Mossman and Mt Molloy township one and a half hours drive North of Cairns. Our aim is to promote the enjoyment of Birdwatching and the appreciation of nature.

Chris Dahlberg's Daintree River Cruises

An outstanding 2 hour guided early morning bird and wildlife cruise along the Daintree River. Great-billed Heron, Little and Azure Kingfishers, Papuan Frogmouth and Black Bittern (wet season) are all regular as are pythons, crocodiles and fruit-bats.

Rose Gums Wilderness Retreat

This location on the Atherton Tablelands and bordering Wet Tropics World Heritage forests has 230 acres of great birdwatching habitat. Our self-contained chalets, featuring spas & fireplaces, act as hides and provide private viewing of some of our unique native birds such as Victoria's Riflebirds, Blue-faced Parrot-finches, Chowchillas, Macleay's Honeyeaters and Lesser Sooty Owls.
